Mount Coolum
Mount Coolum is an awe-inspiring volcanic dome that presides over the Sunshine Coast landscape. Climbing to the top of this ancient laccolith is a must-do when visiting the region: the views from the top are spectacular! Only reasonably fit walkers should attempt this climb. Allow 1½ hours for the return walk, as it will take approximately 45 minutes to reach the summit and another 30 minutes to get back down to the car park.

Noosa Everglades
The Noosa Everglades are one of only two everglades in the world. For the ultimate tranquil experience, explore the area on an eco-cruise or by kayak. Admire the stunning reflections of the surrounding flora on the water’s surface, creating a mirage-like effect. You’ll see banksias, tea trees, melaleucas, reeds, and water lilies. Keep an eye out for some of the 44% of Australian bird species that visit or reside in the area, including pelicans, ducks, cormorants, eagles, and the rare jabiru.

Sunreef Mooloolaba
Sunreef Mooloolaba pioneered Australia's first Swim With Humpback Whales and has been leading the industry since 2013. They offer the chance to swim with humpback whales in their natural habitat. Their experienced crew will take you out to the whales, where you can safely swim, snorkel, and dive with these gentle giants. The most popular tour is the four-hour swim with whales tour, which includes all equipment, snacks, and drinks. They also offer a half-day tour and a private charter option.

Big Kart Track is the largest commercial go-kart track in Australia. Featuring 50 karts on a 1.2-kilometer international-standard race track, you can race at speeds of up to 70 kilometers per hour.
